First, give us a call or schedule an appointment online. We’ll ask you some questions about the appliance you want to be removed as well as your preferred date and time.

Next, one of our friendly and professional removal experts will come to your home at the scheduled time. They’ll assess the appliance and give you a free, no-obligation quote.

If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll get to work right away! We’ll disconnect the appliance, load it onto our truck, and haul it away. We’ll even clean up any mess we made.

In the process, we make sure that we:

• Use the latest tools and equipment to pick up your appliances safely.

• Our team is trained to keep your home damage-free.

• We also offer a donation service to send your old appliance to a charity if it’s still in working condition.

• After the hazardous materials have been dealt with, the recycling process can begin. Recycling old appliances starts by breaking them down into their component parts.

• These parts are then separated into ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The ferrous or scrap metal, like iron and steel, can be melted down and reused in the manufacturing of new products. The non-ferrous metals, like copper and aluminium, can be melted down and reused as well.

The glass and plastic components of old appliances are also recycled. The recycling process for these materials is a bit different from that of metals. First, the glass is crushed into what’s called a “cullet.” Next, the cullet is melted down and formed into new glass products.
